Listing gain is the closing price on the first day of trading against the issue price, both from official end-of-day exchange files — not an estimate and not a grey-market figure. It is shown only where the listing date genuinely follows the issue close; issues that migrated to the exchange years later are excluded rather than shown with a misleading number.
Subs × is the overall subscription as reported by NSE. Totals quoted elsewhere often combine NSE and BSE bids and will read higher.
Since issue compares the most recent close to the issue price. It is a price return and excludes dividends.
