The defaults below are the commonly-quoted delivery-segment values as of September 2026 and are deliberately left editable — I have not been able to verify each one against a primary source, so treat them as a starting point and correct them from your broker's own charge sheet.

How the total is built

STT, exchange transaction charges and the SEBI fee are levied on turnover. GST applies to brokerage plus transaction plus SEBI fee — not to STT or stamp duty. Stamp duty applies on the buy side only. DP charges are a flat amount per scrip on the day you sell, regardless of quantity.

The reason this matters for IPOs: on a small allotment the flat DP charge can be a meaningful share of a modest listing gain, which the headline "gain %" never shows you.
